Come Home To Yourself
Holistic Coaching & Counseling
Through Wholeness & Alignment Coaching, I help clients release outdated identities, habits, and relationships so they can operate from authenticity, power, and ease.
“This isn’t about adding more routines—it’s about shedding what blocks you.”
The blockages we all carry—patterns, habits, and false identities— pull us out of sync with who we truly are.
Through this program, I guide you back to your core
—drawing on my expertise in Psychology, Sociology, and Indigenous principles—
so you live with integrity, authenticity and honesty to yourself.
I believe every person deserves to live aligned with their truest self, and purpose.
Clear what holds you back. Rise in your power. Realize your true wealth.

About Mosiah
Mosiah brings together two worlds that often stand apart—modern traditions of psychology, wellness, and fitness, with ancestral systems of medicine and soul practice.
With a background in therapy and counseling, he combines professional expertise with a deep understanding of how social dynamics influence well-being. He offers a full approach to wellness.
A Kalinago descendant of Dominica, he draws on the ancestral teachings of his grandmother—a traditional medicine woman—and years of learning with indigenous practitioners to bridge ancestral wisdom with modern wellness practices.
This weaving of the credible modern with the credible ancestral, positions him to guide others into alignment—soul, mind, body, and expression.
The goal is simple yet profound: to help you walk whole, and live in alignment with your true purpose.
By shedding false identities, releasing inherited programming, and clearing blockages, this work helps you cultivate greater clarity, peace, and direction.
It isn’t about striving for more—it’s about returning to who you’ve always been.
“You know, it wasn’t easy getting to this point. I had to shed identities, programs, and relationships I couldn’t imagine were holding me back from full alignment. So I get it, and I’m here to support.”
